Mubasher: Al Jazeera Steel Products Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed Sunday on distributing cash dividends at 9% of the capital or 9 Baisas per share for the fiscal year 2015.

The company is capitalised at OMR 12.49 million ($32.44 million) distributed on 124.9 million shares with a par value of OMR 0.1 ($0.26).

Al Jazeera’s annual profit decreased last year by 67% year-on-year to OMR 1.72 million ($4.46 million).

The OGM earlier approved cash dividends at 22% or 22 Baisas per share for the fiscal year 2014.

The Muscat listed company’s stock shrank today by 1.45% to OMR 0.133 ($0.35).
